Painting Plants
The painting of individual spring leaves or the fully assembled spring can be carried out using various processes, such as dip coating, spray painting, electrostatic powder coating or cathodic electrodeposition (e-coat).
WEISS provides the automation and line concatenation for the painting process, integrating surface pre-treatment (cleaning, degreasing, phosphating) and drying/curing ovens.
